Belinda started her career at Cassidys Morrison & Teare in 2004. While working at the firm, and with the support of her husband, she completed her studies to become a qualified solicitor. She is now the sole director of the firm.

Belinda’s areas of practice include conveyancing, property transfers between related or associated parties, wills and power of attorney, and administration of deceased estates, in both Victoria and New South Wales, and NICO subdivisions.

Claire has been a Goulburn Valley local her whole life.

After completing her studies in Bendigo, Claire was admitted to practice in 2018, returning to the region to work. After a short stint working at State Trustees, Claire has returned to work in the local area and enjoys assisting the local community with their legal problems.

Claire’s main areas of practice include deceased estates, both residential and commercial conveyancing matters, wills and powers of attorney, VCAT matters (mainly Administration and Guardianship matters), commercial leases and general property or estate enquiries.
